fundooVJ - did you get any help or contacted any tax adviser - i am in the same situation - any update of external help or what action you are taking would be helpful - thx

Migrant - No help on this. As of now I filed extension (Form 2350) which gave me time till October 2010. I will stick to my plan and file the returns & FBAR around june-july (FIE qualification) time frame. Still not sure about E-Filing thru taxact or turbo tax with foreign address. In the worst case scenario, I will send it thru DHL.
