I do not support this act. But was wondering when a social forum like R2IClubForums has a COC why not Indian govt for social networking in India?

The whole thing is, everything has its time. ( Could it be for "Indians slavery under British" ! ) A revolution has to come, once that period is over.
Sooner or later you will see all kind of controls world-wide,........ powers and rights given to the related government on that control tower - handling the net signals very strictly.
And thereafter anything and everything pasted, talked, downloaded and uploaded will be registered and traced at somewhere very strictly clearly,.... and hence no one will do those porn activities,........
and all of a sudden,...you won't find a single porn on net, except on those prescribed channels like HBO and Cinemax.
Remember the past, when,....
Long ago, when the phone was newly invented,.. people thought that,....... now,... now anyone would call anyone from other part of the world and can openly abuse and curse to anyone and who's gonna trace(?) or run after you,....
and he is not gonna come to treat him from East to West,..... but it never happened, since everything is traceable and under full control, now.
And, so will be with the internet, sooner or later,... I strongly believe it !
15+ yrs ago, I very well remember, that when I started using the internet very first time,....the time, when there was not even IP addresses and Yahoo/Google.. etc,
the AOL versions even came later,.......and the first package I'd bought and used was from that GNN for the internet establishment for $29.99 to establish the connection via phone dial up and those Mirc chat channels.
..........and I remember that, on almost all of the Mirc chat channels at that time,....... PPL were terribly abusive,... addressing the girls directly telling them the abusive mean words,........whenever any girl's names found in chat, the whole room started talking openly w/ cursing words, directed straight to her,....... as if they were in some hawker's house with all freedom,........ or say,.... did pay for talking dirty to the girls on phones paid with CC,.......!!
Girls from all corners of the world, languages and diff. arena brought ups, 16-23 yrs of kids did not even understand what the guys were talking and trying to tell them,......but the Boys still continued with their foul fantasies, with obscene langauges !!.........later,... that thing also came to an end after the arrivals of IPs,....... and I am sure that,...it will even further stop completely, down the road.
It will just vanish nearly 98% sooner or later. It will have to and It will.
Lol ! So the best bet would be, follow Mastaan Bhai and visit all thos esites/forums you can do it now,
'Coz there won't be any free lunch after some time ! ;)
e.g. No employment offers totally free insurance from a job now-a-days,...... which we did enjoy in mid-80s !! Lol ! Hurry Up ! ( j/k )

INC's website was hacked and the profile page of Sonia had some vulgar porn text inserted.
Looks like it was from Pakistan.
