Regardless of religion people not to put a stop on having multiple kids. Or else they will be the ones who will suffer. Ironically poor have most number of children and it drags them further into poverty. Rich/middle class stays in gates society and drive cars.
As for illegal migration, you cannot do anything about it. Even mighty USA with all its systems could not put a lid on people illegally coming into country. It is only when Bangladesh develops that people will stop coming here. India has to help its neighbors develop as well.

I am surprised its only 14.2%. It seems much more than this in some states.

But mighty USA at least tried to stop the migrations. In contrast, Indian politicians and some in the BSF actively allowed it.

Ashdoc,
Based on this article, hindu population grew by 12 crores in a decade while muslim population grew by 3.5 crores to 17 crores.
If this Muslim population/lovejihad worries you, talk to a statistician to find out the probability of muslims overtaking Hindus in India.
Only an India occupation of Pak/Bangla will increase muslim population by a large number (additional 35 crores) enough for your phobia to have a chance.

Frankly , I don't believe the census report . The only importance for me is that it now officially accepted that hindus are below 80 percent mark .
Actually they came down below 80 percent long ago , and must be around 75 percent .
The muslim percentage of population must be around 18 to 20 percent . I had visited a couple of Indian muslim websites some time ago , and Indian muslims were themselves estimating themselves to be 19 percent of India's population .
The way their population is increasing , India might become an islamic republic by 2080 . And I don't want my descendants to live in an islamic republic .
