Investment in Kerala

Hi,
I work in Europe and wish to invest in a business in Kerala.
Usually I visit mother land once in 4/5 years but wish to connect and visit more often. I thought of starting a business that can tie me up with Kerala. I do not wish to invest in real estate. Does anyone have any ideas ? Well, my profession is Logistics and Supply Chain.
