Present other US liquid assets - approximately 278K
3 plots in India with value uncertain, perhaps present value 15 to 20 lakhs.
One lakh rupees cash in India ( you mentioned RCA account, what is an RCA account?).

Car worth about $8000

Between now and R2I, a TOTAL additional savings of $XXX will accrue. How much is $XXX?

When you R2I, you may sell some household stuff etc, I am assuming this amount to be small enough to not use in this planning. If this assumption is not correct and you expect to get some bigger amount etc, do let me know.
