You will find the AAP Questionnaire at the following link AAP Questionnaire. (However from time to time we revise the questionairre and hence to get the LATEST questionnaire, check later posts if an updated version ahs been posted).
A newer version of AAP Questionnaire called AAP_Questionnaire_2 is attached below as a word document. Please use the NEWER VERSION developed by Bobus and Patnababu. This questionaire is also in Post # 4 below in this thread. (IF QUESTIONAIRRE IS UPDATED IN THE FUTURE, IT WILL BE IN POST #5 AND LATER, SO CHECK THE THREAD FOR THE LATEST UPDATE).
It is also adviasble to provide either a spreadsheet or on the post itself, breakdown listing of assets by equities, cash, bonds with identification of these assets as being tax deferred or not for each asset. This way we can easily get to the following.
Total Equities
Total Bonds
Total Cash
Total Tax deferred
Total taxable accounts
Total equities in tax deferred
Total equities in taxable
Total Bonds in tax deferred
Total Bonds in taxable
Total cash in tax deferred
Total cash in taxable
Assets in India.
Over time the AAP questionaire may see further additions.
