Sai_R2I's Indha Naal Iniya Naal (Have a nice day)

Post by Sai_R2I »

Whazzup with the title?

Originally, I was contemplating something in the lines of Koffee with Karan..
Like, say -
Sangria with Sai:
Nope, not a good idea. We don't want Desi all excited - oh come on, Wine and religion in one line!! It'll be a huge adrenalin rush..Hain naah, Desi!! He will be like the kid on the Christmas morning :p :)

Shed with Sai:
I am not saying "shed, drop, lose" anywhere near PG - No Sire, not after that Towel incident!!

Serve with Sai:
Not when am around RRS. Are you kidding me? She will go all Federer on me!! And am no Nadal to take that(I wrote this back when Djokovic had still not steamrolled Fedex). And yes Laky, I agree - she does put a scare in us!! How does she manage to do that!!

Saivam with Sai:
Now, that would be a stampede.
Kirks would give us a detailed explanation on Saivam, Advaitham, Dvaitham, Sanathana..
Boca would give a neo-theory on each of the terminology..
All meat eaters would be up in arms about whether I meant Saivam as in Vegetarian
All veggie eaters would be up in arms for bringing a bad name to Vegetarian, by being associated with Me :emcrook:
All Saivites would wonder if I am mocking them
All Vaishnavites would wonder if I am prodding them
All Atheists would wonder if I am opposing them
All theists would wonder if I am taunting them

Salsa with Sai:
hmm.. a feasible option
But I am cofused.. does this mean salsa as in dance, as in music or as in food. Or is it Jalsa written in Tamil!
If it is dance or music, ooohh that sounds sassy
If it is food, that just sounds saucy!!
Naaahhhh, I am way too locals-of-India for this..

Why not!!

Salna with Sai:
Yes!! It has all the elements:
Local - Check
Saucy - Check
Spicy - Check
Goes with anything - Check
(I mean, parotta, biryani, idli, iddiyappam, etc.)
And works for a food-junkie like me!

But then why dint I pick that name.. You will have to wait a while to know that..

Abt this corner:
This is gonna be my corner where you would find me reminiscing about my childhood, my dad, etc., beeyotching about everything and anything that goes on around me, sharing my new experiences.
You are free to post your comments but I am gonna quote OS2 (I looooooved it) - Any flames and criticism will be pointed to trash bin.

P.S: If you did not get an honorable mention in the post, please dont feel low - you will be kalaichified in coming episodes :))
And also, please avoid spinning threads based on posts from this thread :emrose:.

Speaking of kalachufying, we need to have member roasts on this forum. We could pick on a member and roast him/her, ofcourse with permission from the member! :)

We could start with Dixit! :)

After that "Dixit" Name-Killing post, we don't need to roast him.. he has put himself into the slow-cooker for a nice pot roast :-)) . His legend will live forever..forever..forever..**echo effect** :p

See RK, this is where we both stand united.. I thought of Pavan Kalyan from Jalsa and you thought of Ileana!! Aiyyyooo!!!

Yeah Laky, I watched even that movie.. And dont ask me why we sat thro' that torture.. 'coz, there were only 5 people in the theatre (No dirrtyyy minds, itz not what you think!) and, my husband and I sat passing comments from back for every scene like we used to in Indian theatres back in our college days! And they served Samosa in the theatre during intermission.
