How to find foreclosure properties in US

I stay in South Fl and the count here has started auction process online

The county has done away with auctions in court house and doing it online

Anybody has idea on what are the possible pitfalls?
All the properties on auction are listed on the website..but i dont think they arrange any visits or further details

Does anybody know if you win the auction..you get as is or you are supposed to pay any taxes/liens/fees that were due by the last owner?If that is the cause,its not attractive
