If the money can be replaced, and the property has positive cash flow, then it could become a keeper. In terms of a challenge, which is the whole point of buying a toy for me, I'd still go for Liverpool. It's not as fun buying an existing top club and maintaining its success than to buy an average to good club and make it do something it hadn't done for years win the league.
