There is a house we really liked, but it is close to a power line (about 250 ft). Please see attachment. Is this a cause of concern? The tower is tall leading me to think that most of the EMF dissipates by the time it reaches the home. I tried measuring the EMF at the home, and it showed a value under 0.9 mG, which doesnt seem to be abnormal, but again I am not sure how authentic the app is. The value changed drastically when I was inside the car (it increased), and dropped down when I stepped out, even when I was right near the power line, leading me to think, that may be most power gets dissipated by the time it reaches down. Is this house worth pursuing?
The power line as can be seen is the one near the white section of the pic. Home location is behind those trash cans.

You may scientifically check and be satisfied that it may not be an issue. However, when it is time for you to sell, you may find it an issue to sell, as the buyer may not be inclined to believe in science or they may be interested in the aesthetics and not like to see some power line next to their home.

I care about aesthetics and wouldn't buy, if I see power lines nearby, even if I am satisfied scientifically.
