I have a very bad experience by giving my home to tenets as they never use the home as we use.They always think that one day they have to leave that home so why they invest for it or do care for that.

Here is my experience with one of the property Mgmt services in Charlotte.

I have rented my huge home through them and was very satisfied for last 5 months. My experience was good.
The agent is very help ful and quick to find a tenant.
I recommended to one of my friend and he got his house on market for 7 months for sale but got quick tenant through this agency within a week.

This agency operates in Charlotte, Virginia and New York and have several corporate clients looking for homes to rent. This is proved with mine and my friend's case.

AGAIN I have no interest in the above agency but wish to help anyone who are looking to rent home quickly.
All the above is only based on myself experience.
I am not sure whether I can list agency name here in Forum but I am ready to give complete info of the Property Mgmt services if anyone required.

Hi All

We are looking to rent our house in NJ (Plainsboro) in the next month. We were able to find only one property mgmt firm and they are not returning the calls. The real estate agent we are happy with so far said she will be the point of contact once the house is rented and instead of charging us every month, she will charge us when something needs to be done.. repair or anything like that. We are thinking of going with her. Any suggestions and/or suggestion for property mgmt companies in the Plainsboro/Princeton area of NJ
