Anyone watching this? There were lot of DWade and MJ comparisions after last year. What about now? But overall I think the west has way too many talented teams compared to the east. I guess it has been this way for too long now.

It's not fair for some of the teams in the West...that's for sure. I'm sure the #9, #10, #11 and #12 placed teams in the West are as good (if not better) as the #5, #6, #7 and #8 placed teams in the East.

Anyways, I'll not complain as long as the Pistons and Deeetroit Basketball is doing well (at least in the East).

I think Detroit and Cleveland will go to Eastern finals.
But agree that Western Conf. teams are much better.
My prediction--> Detroit v/s Phoenix finals and
Phoenix should win the title this time, as both Studemire and Kurt Thomas are back

Man! Nets lost by a couple of seconds in what would have been a remarkable comeback in the second half.

Now we will have to wait till Friday for Raptors to come and lose in Continental arena.

Don't you worry...The German (Dirk) guy did the job of sticking it to Nellie :p. By the way, the one and only thug Jack-A$$-son got ejected for the second time in the series :emangry:. He hasn't learnt one bit from the infamous brawl in the palace.

In any case, I like the fact that GSW are giving the Mav's the run for their money...or should I say "Cuban a run for his money"? :D

Mavericks won the thriller last night to stay alive in the playoff series. In the earlier games, Golden State didn't had anything to loose; that was one of the reason they outscored Mavs. But now they have smelled the victory, they don't want to give up and we cannot expect the same kind of game from them. It's going to be a whole different basket ball game Thursday evening.

I agree with DoctorJ on Jackson; he is a street player and doesn't deserve to play in the league. B.Davis is an awesome player, but doesn't know to control his emotions nor mocking the refrees and opponent team; He has the potential to rise as a star player; but I doubt he will ever rise with this quality.

Anyone watched Suns v/s Spurs game last night. I enjoy watching Spurs, but lately they are playing very cheap and dirty games. Am very glad to see Horry got ejected after the cheap foul to Nash.

I have watched Spurs for last 10 yrs. Thery are a defensive team, they play tough clean defense. I dont think anything other than that Horry incident was anything ugly or different from how they have played in the past.

I think they have shown that they can compete well with Suns. This should be an interesting remaining few games.

Spurs would have won NBA last year had Duncan been healthy.

I've been following the Spurs since the Duncan days, and always have respect for the team, but Horry's foul was terrible. And the worst part for the Suns is they got Stoudemire and Diew suspended for a game each while Horry gets two games. That is totally unfair IMO ... but that's the rule - one game suspension for leaving the bench. If the next game were in SA, the Spurs would surely have won.

On the other hand, I'm enjoying the Cavs slowly creeping into the Finals (okay they'll get there soon), finally a decent playoff NBA team close to where I live. -> Atlanta Hawks just sucked too bad.

!!!GO CAVS!!!
