Interesting thread :).

If peeping into someone bedroom and evaluating their privacy is legal, then I an damns sure most of the people in India will be behind bars (including older generation). Oral sex is still illegal, so is anal (prob very less people here) as well as watching porn (not now, but was illegal till some years ago). Do people who are against gays and premature sex and conservative, think that normal people has never done these things? Have they never done these tried these things and did stuff the old bollywood way of batti bujhado and its done.
If i have a right, to go into your bedroom and then decide what you are doing is illegal or not, then most people will be behind bars.
It is definitely illegal if it involves underage, without consent. Else its the classic case of sensibilities of broader society imposing them on minority

Its wrong to marry your daughter against her wises, but so many people do it.
It was wrong of my dad to force me into engineering (I was 18 when i entered), when all I anted to do was not study, watch movies and fool around.

And what abt people who get engaged with blessings of parents and society. A good no. of them have sex or atleast some fun before marriage (if not physical, then I am sure literally everyone will do dirty talks on the phone. Pls excuse my words :) ). Does it magically becomes right ?

What if I marry, have dabang sex and then divorce in few years ?

I know people who were in a relationship from college , everyone knew it was physical. The guys fought all way to the end of giving up his relation with parents, but married the girl. I have seen guys and a lot of girls having casual relation and then calling it off. Its just that this this era of India middle age and old hasn't seen that ecosystem (btw I am right in the middle of former and latter). 30-40 years from now when we are dead and our kids will be of our age, they wont even ask these kinds of questions.

Our grandathers might have asked, is it wrong when kids argue and shout back at their parents and leave them because of earning money and securing their future? We don't ask that. We ask a different set of questions. Our kids will ask another different set of ques. Prob why the hell my husband object to me calling my bf and sleep with him. Is it not my life?
