R2I Job networking

Hello All,

I am looking for a senior position role in India and need some help. One thought I have is can we have list of people already R2Ied and working in companies in India. We can use their help to move along better in the job hunting process.

Please provide the following details

R2I City: Bangalore, NCR, Hyderabad, Chennai etc
Name of the Company working for: Google, Fidelity, Amazon etc
Position: VP, Director, Project Manger, Architect etc
Area: Technology / Operation etc

Hope this information will help for future R2Iers and we can keep updating the list

I am in the exact same boat r2ipad. I am planning to move to India next in 2011, and want to get some interviews lined up. I am short of contacts. Please pass on any info to me as well.

r2ipad - You are asking for very explicit information and I doubt if there will be any takers here. Once you know the position, the company and the city, its easy to find out the R2Ier and his details. So, this is a privacy issue.
You could join R2IClub on LinkedIn where there are some wonderful references for you to network with. That should help you get going.

Agree with PG. Also read different threads to see where people have R2I'ed. I doubt any one will come forward to give you a summary list of information that you are looking for but most of the information that you are seeking is spread across their posts in various sections. I bet only way to know is read and read..

I agree it may be sensitive information. I saw r2iers were posting salary and their position information. Therefore, I thought giving company, city, position (without name, even we can exclude position) would help and we can PM the person to ask for additional help as needed.

However, I can understand the dilemma.
