I think you better opt for CTS.
I worked in CTS for 3 years and moved to other company due to location constraint.
And if i dont have any location constraint,i would have worked in CTS for another 6-8 years....
Hope you got the answer clearly..........

Thanks Venkat. You are the second person who has given me a positive feedback about CTS. Most of them I spoke to did not have nice things to say. So I was feeling very trapped since I do not have any other choice in hand also to consider and the timeline to move is nearing. But your post has made me start looking forward positively again.

Well both are good but forced to select , if distance is not a constraint Infosys scores . Also one need to look at role than Designation.Infosys scores pretty high on people sensitivity.CTS is also a pretty good company but simply put is more of a "GE" type company compared to Infosys - not "hire and fire" of course but in the fine balance between task and relationship a slighter tilt towards the outcome perhaps .
Of the witches, AVOID Wipro ( both wipro technologies and Wipro bpo ) as it scores very low on people front and is generally seen as "politics " ridden / personality driven .

Rolewise for me Infosys is way better with complete end to end project management activities.
I have heard a lot of negative feedback on Wipro and HCL too. But I have cousins working in Wipro Chennai and Bangalore and they are very content. So I think this is very subjective since factors like the project, the manager can change your perception about the company. General employee guidelines are now more or less similar in all the well known big service companies. For higher roles I feel, politics and people management is very important for growth and recognition in whichever service company.
