You say you have interest in share market, completed some exams and you also say that you nothing about share market, I like your initiative.
Since you already have finished post graduate in commerce and know nothing about share market, I am torn whether to suggest you to re-take the under graduate courses in finance, or pursue a PHD or pursue English writing and reading skills.
BTW, I hope someone gives you suggestion here as this forum is helpful and I sincerely hope you found recommendations that you were seeking in other threads for a gud and genune fincial plunner, psychiatrist, asthma doctor, kidney stone doctor, homeopath, carpenter, kitchen pictures, jaguar authorized dealer, Rastogi's address, etc etc.
If I tink of something, I shall lit u no.

Since you are MCom, you have all the theoretical knowledge, now you need practical experience.
Join any well known financial planner (esp the one who told you about the insurance) as an apprentice and you should do all the work that he orders including getting groceries. Afterall only the gurukul method is the only time tested way of learning the trade.
PS: You should also request the admins of this forum to move your threads to the chat corner where you may get much better guidance.

HERE ALL R ASKING AND HELPING TOO.. all ur 33 posts is just asking and learning.. when will you learn about the giving part?
One's q should be genuine too. Have you heard of the word PariPrashna in Bhagavad Gita verse:
"'Tadviddhi Pranipatena Pariprashnena Sevaya,
Upadekshyanti Te Jnanam Jnaninastattwadarshinah"
You should ask questions but not with ulterior motive or just out of idle curiosity.

Was the sarcasm in my post too subtle to not to invite your wrath(caps)?
Seenu,
You have all the right to ask questions, but something seems to be off with your numerous threads/questions. Can't really put my finger on it or describe, but know it when I see one.
For now why dont you have a self imposed moratorium on any more new threads and use the existing ones to ask all the new questions?
