I have total 10 years of IT experience, of which around 9 years are in Oracle Retail ERP (competitor of SAP retail ERP). I have stayed in US for 3 years, and in the Middle East for about 2 years and other few other countries for 6 months together, making my total on-site experience close to 5.5 years. I am presently employed in IBM India drawing close to 13 LPA as fixed compensation (another 1.25 LA as variable) in Band 7B.

Is this CTC as per industry standards and my experience?

I have current offers from Accenture, HCL and Wipro.

Will these companies be a good bet in terms of salary, work culture, growth and work-life balace for me to shift from IBM?
I am slightly inclined towards Wipro as I heard they have good onsite opportunities?

Please advise.

As far as speedy career growth is concerned any company is better than IBM. With 9 years of experience you should be looking at 18-20 L CTC .Accenture will be a good stop and wipro is not bad either in terms of projects.

I would suggest you to consider Accenture in terms of better pay, growth.
But if you considering onsite opportunites is one of your primary goal then i guess any service based companies will do.
