Has anyone taken any executive training offered under the open enrollment programs for Business schools in the U.S. Any colleges that you would recommend for such training. I am looking to take some training in this area focussing more on leadership and general management.

these are generally money spinners with peripheral learning value. Maybe networking opportunity is there. If employer is paying go for it, if not dont waste yor money.
