Can Indian doctor MD from India,
Re-start his/her old medical practice & clinic/consulting again ?
After obtaining USA citizenship,returning back to India with USA OCi ?
Things just did not work out in USA,qualifying with USMLE,Age etc.
I'd appreciate any reply or similar experience.Thanks.

Yes, You can. " Permanent" Medical registration in India is for life- No renewals necessary. MCI only requires that your address on File be updated. If further qualifications after MBBS were not registered ( that is if your MD is not registered), you could do it now, though it is not compulsory to practice or even call yourself an MD.

Your citizenship status has no bearing on private practice/private hospitals. You might not be eligible for jobs in the government sector.
