Hospital management/hospital set up experience?

I am a returned to India Physician. We are exploring the idea of setting up professionally managed hospital chain catering to low to middle income groups, specially in small towns, where there is a huge demand. It would basically be primary care- Obgyn, peds, general medicine, general surgery, some orthopedics. No sub speciality care.
Set up costs would be less. margins may be low.. but the ability to replicate and expand would bring in the moolah.
I have done some basic research and was excited to find Lifesprings hospitals- Lifespringhospitals.com.--initially started as a public sector venture- now is a PVt ltd company expanding to 100 hospitals- 5 in Hyderabad city itself in low/middle income neighborhoods.
Raising the capital is not a problem.
Any feedback/ experiences?
