Paid my Property Taxes here in Chicago today...

Thinking of India.. How much is Property Tax there?

I know it is a really vague question. But I am trying to get a ballpark figure.

Say, I buy a flat in NCR for Rs 70 lakhs. I use it as a primary residence. How much taxes will I be paying. How about if it is a rental property?

How about a house for Rs 50 lakhs in Indore?

Don't know about Delhi, but in Hyderabad it is around Rs, 10,500 ( ten thousand five house rupees ) for a house with a registration value of 80 Lakhs. So property taxes are very very low.
