Please specify your skill sets [atleast]. There are lot of jobs available in each city. In fact, you are spoilt for choices.

It depends, but getting the right fit might take a couple of months at times a little more.

If you are in India and are in database or web related areas, you can expect calls in less than a couple of weeks.
