We plan to R2I in a few months and I am planning to list my house in the market soon. In this bottomless real estate market in US, I want to start the process by looking out for RE agents who can work with me on their sales commissions....someone who can is ok with a 4-5% commission instead of the 6%.

What you are asking for is a FSBO. You need to be prepared to shell out 3% to the buyer's agent. Your best best is to opt for a discount broker who will list your home in the MLS for a flat fee ( about 500 to $1000). You will see advertisement for 4.5% or 5% commission brokers, but they will do nothing other than preparing a few fancy fliers, list on MLS and pray for someone to bite.

I made a mistake....you are right. I meant to ask for 4-5% seller agent.
