Alpharetta is one of the nicer suburbs of Atlanta with good school districts and a sizeable Indian population.

Your friend can find desi Apts almost anywhere in Atlanta suburbs. It is important to know where they work, before making any suggestion.
As suggested, Alpharetta is good, but then it would not be a good move, if the work is in downtown.

Here is some more info : My friend is moving to Marietta with zip code 30068. This is where her husband is going to work. If you can suggest a good apartment in this area (with apt name and address) which has decent desi population, that will be helpful.

If you think there is a better area wrt desi population/school district , which is also close to Marietta (with not a bad commute for her hubby), please let me know that also..Again a good apt info is required here too..

Thanks again for all the help..:)

Well, Marietta is a desi hub and almost all the Apts have a good desi presence.
They can start off first with Post Properties or WoodHollow on Powers Ferry Road.

#6,
It seems Post properties does not have any apt in Marietta..and "Wood Hollow" it seems does not have good reviews..

My friend is looking for some good apartments near her hubby's workplace. Her hubby's work address is as follows:
Royal Oak drive, Marietta, 30068.
Can any one suggest some other good apts close to the workplace and again with a good desi population...

Sorry for going back and forth..

Thanks..

I am not familiar with that part of town and go there occasionally to meet friends. I did see a Post property on Powers Ferry Rd. Could have the changed management, I guess. Meanwhile, it would help to provide the rent range. I guess, WoodHollow would cost nearly $1000 for a 2 BR. Any Apt which is more than 15 years old will have it's usual problems and would not bother desis too much. Depending on their level of tolerance, they could choose accordingly.
Anyhow, it would be best to come here and see the Apartments for themselves before making their choice.

You are probably right. They may have to look at it themselves and decide. Thanks for taking the time to reply.
