Hi,
One of my family members is moving to Plano, TX (near Dallas) and is looking for rental accommodation (preferably one bedroom). Does anyone of a decent community or areas where he can search apartments?

Thanks in advance,

Hi, there are so many nice communities on Preston Road and in most you will see lot of indians. Rents are a bit expensive. it depends, if you don't have school going kids, that will be easy to decide on the place.

Plano is like mini India. It may be cheaper to rent a condo or a single family home if the accommodation is for long term & enjoy the benefits of living in a separate independent house.

thanks for the info -- the child is 3 yrs old - so, for the next two yrs, there wouldn't ba a child going to public school and school district shouldn't matter.

ok. then your kid will be going to pre-school. then you can go for Montessori which are nearby many apartment complexes.

or u can send kid to one of the Plano school district early childhood schools which is free of cost if your kids doesn't speak English.
you should drop off kid and pick. or there is bus facility till nearby elementary school.
