Is it advisable to give flu shots to the kids? Are they really effective? What are the pros/cons? Are there many parents who do not administer it at all for their kids on an yearly basis?

Is it possible to administer flu shots that does not contain mercury or is the mercury content in flu shots negligible and does not really matter?

There are flu shots that can be given like nasal spray.
