Gas is here to stay. Cheap or not. It is a 500 Billion Dollar gift for the Thanks giving , Christmas and the year end Bonus from the Saudi's to the Global Economy, so that there will be a slight bounce back from the doldrums. Here is the other theory with all of the speculations attached to it.
http://www.huffingtonpost.ca/susan-wright/opec-alberta_b_6324214.html?utm_hp_ref=canada-albertaI will take the cheap gas any time. I will not even look into the mouth of this 'Gift Horse'. In some countries it used to cost half their salary to get to work and back. In a lot of countries, they were using the pedal power and a few hoofed it.
NJOY while it is going good.
Freddie.

Is there a way for us to lock in current gas prices? Not looking for trading in trading tied to gas prices, but a more direct way like say purchasing a "gas card" from Shell where you can pre-pay X number of gallons. Then, when you use that card at a Shell gas station, the filled number of gallons gets deducted from the card.

Please go through this web link. It is very interesting to note the tips provided there in. See if they are anywhere close to where you reside and they offer their purchase cards, If they do, then hop in on the band wagon.
