Vivendi Universal appears to be seriously considering channelling some StudioCanal-backed films though UIP, the international distribution venture it co-owns with Paramount Pictures.The title-by-title arrangement could extend to both European and US films bankrolled by Vivendi Universal s StudioCanal.
