Hi,

I am earning $70000 a week from online business in USA. I earn 15 percent profit so around $8400 is what i earn. Rest money i have to transfer to India.

I need to transfer $62,000 to India every week. I want to know if any problems will occur.

And I want to know the legal procedure on how to transfer this payment to India. Should I transfer it to the business owner current account in India or Should I transfer it to my account in India and then transfer it Locally. I need to know how much tax I will have to pay in both the countries.

Also I want to know the taxation which will apply in India.
