Hi everybody,
I want to get some information on the website browsed by Indians. & need you help on that. I think this is the best place to ask this question.
1) Please select your options from the the following list to participate in the poll.
2) Since there no scope beyond 12 options, I have started 2 threads. Some more options are on the next thread.
3) You can select more than 1 option.
question : What websites do you browse for information/ self developement/ entertainment?
Thanks.

Okonomi,
Thats correct. Google is the ultimate destination to find anything in the world. But thats a generalised term. I am focussing on "what desis look out for" & whts their priority (or interest) when they google.

Pani Puri;403944Hi Desi,
I did not get your purpose of posting the link of the main page of R2I forum.
Oh, I was just pointing out the webiste that I visit to learn, and for entertainment.
Whether to chat, or to ask what brand of a diaper I should use for my child or for health fitness queries or when i seek financial advice or tax advice, or R2I advice, the website I go to is the one I listed in my previous post.
In fact, if I have to pull someone's leg, that is the website I go to or if I need some abuse, that is the website I go to.

I am puzzled by your responses so far.
Pani Puri;403949In that case u can select the "chat forum" option :)
The site
http://www.r2iclubforums.com/forums/forum.php is not a chat forum, as the term "chat forum" is generally understood. Part of what member Desi had described in #6 would be under the poll category "your education", looking for abuse would be under "Online Shopping", and pulling legs would be under "Hobby". Except for Chat, all other items of the poll may conform to the r2iclubforums site.
Are you suggesting that because you are polling here, this forum is ineligible to be named ?
When I am not seeking opinions of friends, colleagues and random forum posters, I use Angieslist.com
However, IMO, it would be most useful, if you can outline the goal of your survey.
