We are seeking a dynamic HR professional who can support management in this rapid growth and help us achieve the results. The HR manager will report to the Operations Manager, and will manage a team of 1-3 associates/analysts. The Human Resources Manager is expected to work closely with senior management to structure compensation and benefits for Trivent employees.

Experience 5 years to 8 years
Industrial exposure (any one) IT/ITES/Healthcare/BPO/KPO
Grade E3
Salary: Up to INR 40 to 75K PM plus benefits depending on the experience.
Job Description:
· Minimum 8 years of experience as HR generalist in any IT/ITES/Healthcare industry.
· Perform payroll process for monthly basis for employees and consultants.
· Proper utilization of HRMS tool, Auto login tool and Biometric tool.
· Handling complete recruitment life cycle on timely basis.
· Exposure working through referral scheme, Internal Job Posting etc.,
· Involve in training and development for new hires and existing employees.
· Preparation of training collaterals and training materials on regular basis.
· Performance management system and quarterly performance review to be
formulated through HRMS tool on regular basis.
· Ensures planning, monitoring, and appraisal of employee work results.
· Employee incentive based on their performance to be calculated and processed on
regular basis with production support.
· Promote internal communication, assist leadership in driving change and
reinforcing organization?s culture and values.
· Maintains and enhances the organization's human resources by planning, implementing, and evaluating employee relations and human resources policies, programs, and practices.
· Maintains the work structure by updating job requirements and job descriptions for all positions.
· Coach and discipline employees; scheduling management conferences with employees; hearing and resolving employee grievances; counseling employees and supervisors.
· Maintains management guidelines by preparing, updating, and recommending human resource policies and procedures.
· High energy levels with a passion for excellence in human relation. Highly motivated person and should be a Role Model - Team player leading by example.
· Familiar with government norms and payroll details like ESI, PF.
Educational Qualifications and Work Experience:
· UG: Any Graduate.
· PG: MBA/PGDM - Any Specialization, HR/Industrial Relations (Regular Stream only).
· Minimum 5 years experience from human resources department in generalist role.
· Best attitude and Strong in academics.
· Outstanding communication and inter-personal skills.
· Excellent organizational, time management and project management skills.
· Ability to work in an international and multi-cultural team.
· Ability to work under pressure and to tight deadlines.
Technical Skills:
· Well versed in MS ? Office applications, like Excel and PowerPoint presentation.
· Experience in preparing weekly/monthly quarterly and Yearly dashboards and
presentations.
· Expertise knowledge in handling statutory benefits.
· Strong knowledge in policies formulation and SOP preparation.
