I added Cricket world cup.
If you think anything else qualifies add it ; This thread was not meant for a debate but a prediction thread that we can laugh it off if the predictions went haywire on Dec 2011 : )
If some one gets even 50% out of the 17 categories (listed so far and it can grow if people add major events) correct, he/she gets enshrined to R2I sports-club Hall of Fame starting its inductees in 2011 : )
