what are some of the good gyms in noida or around?
I am looking for something with cross-training equipments (ellipticals).
If they have good weight training machines its even better.
Something airy and clean.

There is a Gold's Gym in Sec 30 Noida. They charge RS 29, 500 for yearly membership.
It is clean with all sorts of free weights and LifeFitness machines.
They also have kickboxing and aerobics classes.

thanks sidhu,
Just to update, I have taken the membership of gold's gym (in sector 30) and have been going there for last 2 weeks.
my wife is going to gym at Radisson, NOIDA.
Both are pretty good but both have certain issues. I dont mind moving to soemthing else if I find something.
(I hear a large gym is coming up in Great India Place)

I see many of the apartment complexes in NCR, BLR and other cities claim Clubhouse, Gym and other sports facilities. How good are they? Do they have decent gym gear like in US? I presume only the high end builders will have good equipments.

Thanks MNR2I.
>>>Gym had funny rules like
>>- they make women wear long pants - has to go below knees, sports bra was not allowed
- The gym instructor a male, was not allowed to help women using the gym, except provide verbal directions.
For obvious reasons in a conservative society. I have seen women in nighties going to swimming pool in one amusement park in India. That was good amusement for me :)
