Greater Noida Vs Gurgaon

I wanted to invest in real estate in one of the suburbs of Delhi as Delhi itself is out of our reach. What do people here in forum suggest? Should I look for apartments in greater noida or new gurgaon area like sector 109? This is purely for investment (probably looking for long term return 7- 10 years).

Both have excellent prospects if looking at 7-10 yrs horizon.

I think you should go in for Greater Noida as gurgaon is still developed a quite less an area moreover Greater Noida has better prospects. so in 7-10 years time Greater Noida would yield better
