Role - AVP
CTC - Fixed 20L and variable 4.5 L
Skillset - .Net

7 Years Exp and AVP with 20 L? What kind of responsibilites come with AVP title? But it's a pretty good CTC for a person with 7 Years Experience! Good Luck!

If my guess is right it could be DB.If you have performed senior developer/lead role before will be mapped to AVP and so on. Its not truly executive level.
