Looking for job in US from India

Hi, I am a 12 yrs experienced PM currently in India. I am looking for openings in the USA. I hold a valid Green Card. Can somebody give me pointers on where to start? Is it possible to get interviewed in India, so I can move to the US when I have a job? Thanks

Your best bet is to apply for companies like Wipro/Infosys/TCS who may be willing to send you to a client site in U.S. Then you can get into other opportunities..

PM roles from India has no market value in U.S. Do have have any technical skills?

desipardesi, my question is more to do with the process part than my profile. are there instances of US recruiters hiring candidates from India (either sponsoring them or those eligible to work) during this time?

Also, how do long distance interview take place within US? Are the candidates called for final interview, or are there instances of offers made over the phone?

Mos of the opportunities requires F2F interview now.

You need to be physically present here and have U.S experience now. There are too many people (desis included) looking for a job here. So there's no chance for someone sitting in India to be interviewed/recruited now.
