It’s been a continuous debate, what to do with the human dead bodies? What should be an ideal way??

5 Proofs Why Burying Is Better Than Burning Dead Body

You might know this Burying dead body vs Burning dead body is a great debate in countries where Hindus, Muslims Or Christians live together, especially in India. Hindus and Sikhs follows burning while Muslims and Christians follows burying process. Here I like to mention 5 prove that why burying dead body is far better than burning. In today?s science world where many people only believes in scientifictheories, I also like to raise some scientific points so it?s easy for anyone to understand.

1) Soil Fertilized in Burying Dead Body

Our body particles are very similar to particles of our soil, when body remain there for few years, that will dissolves in soil. So that soil will be more fertile.

2) Wood Save in Burying Process

Burning process is really playing it?s part in forest cutting. It is the only cause which consumes more than 100 ton wood per day in India alone. If we compare this with Burying, then that is really straightforward.

3) Air Polluted in Burning Dead Body

Burning dead bodies is one of the ordinary cause in air pollution. When you burn a body, smoke really hurt your environment as well as damage your health. But in burying process, nothing like this.

4) Much Less Expense in Burying

Buying wood, buying oil is an expensive task in burning dead body. Annually hundreds and thousands of dollars serve in this, only because Hindus burn their dead bodies in India. As compared to this, burying dead bodies is very cheap and simple. It cost you less than half from burning.

5) Human Body Components Present In Soil

It?s scientifically proved that most of the elements that are present in human body are also in minor or higher quantity in the soil. Hence it is more reasonable, as it?s really easy to get decompose and mix in soil. So Burying process is always a winner in any case.

arguments only hold if bodies were buried just like that....and not in a coffin and with tombstones - Waste of wood again.

if you bury as normally happens:

1. soil is replaced by barren concrete/stone

2. wood not saved if used wooden coffin with special wood laminated with metal/other materials

3. in the long run, the elements will return to nature whether you burn or bury...remember there is no fission or fusion taking place, it is just combustion

4. again, the expense depends on how you decide to bury and what quality of coffin, etc you use. in most countries it will be more expensive to bury because you have to buy land. there is also ongoing maintenance cost with managing the grave

5. same point as 3

6. Tons of wasted lands ( sometimes in mid of commercial areas ) in terms of cemetaries

Is burning is still the best way..... since in usa they dont use wood. they will light u up on a grill after u r dead... in 30 mins everything is gone... only ashes left...no wood required

Is Burying and Bird-feeding dangerous??... Say a person is dead with toxic, poison, or deadly virus disease, it may spread in birds and species ?

Is burning is better, no chance of bhoot! bhoot can arise from the buried. that alone offsets any other reason ! ( j/k)
burn using incinerator... bury and the dead will arise to kick arse !!!

Philosophical POV:
Burning - Easier to say good bye. No physical remains, so detachment comes quickly. Healing from death of near/dear is quicker than others. So better
Burying - Near/Dear still thinks , refers it is the place of "xxx" 's and go spend time there for anniversaries, birthdays and more.
Bird feeding - No idea :-(

Economical POV: Burning wins!

I like burying because not every one will get rebirth with the same body like Shahrukh in "Om Shanthi Om". In case some one gets rebirth with a different body, what if he wants to take revenge in the same old form? I am sure the medical science will improve in the future that we can dig out old body and do plastic surgery to graft the parts of the old body on to the new body. So, for continuity sake, I like burying instead of cremation.

I think, for the dissection and to study the dead bodies medically for the students,
it should be fresh and only 2-3 days old, or it costs lots of money to preserve those dead bodies !

In some religions, in some nations ( Tibet ) they even take the dead bodies to high mountain peaks
for the food religiously for hawk, vultures and eagles. In some nations even they feed it to the zoo for the lions and tigers in the cages.

Buried bodies occupy the lots of useful spaces ( Cemetery ) forever
and if something like Tsunami / flood / high water occurs,
those skulls and leg bones surface and start floating on the land, scaring us !
Plus, thinking broad, the burying is nothing but the procedure of feeding the dead bodies to the earth worms.

In Egypt and some other culture, - the mummies and even preserving the dead bodies in caves,
while filling with some particular paste and stuff from certain trees and leaves !

IMO, every dead body should be undergone the medical surgery and all useful parts,
could it be eyes, or whatever be taken away, preserved and should make the best use of it, in hospitals for other patients.
[ For example, in recent earth quakes in China, they creamted a hugh pile of human bodies to fire!
- Why not sending them to all zoos in the nation, and it would had served and saved the food for those wild animals for couple weeks ! ]

One other thought could be,
Who knows? - Since the science advances day by day, - playing with DNA and hold ageing
or say bringing Dinosaurs back on the earth, from their bones' DNA !
Human Clones, … ! - Genes perseverance… ! etc..... etc. !

And on the same run, who knows, the time may come,
they start digging cemeteries and bring those great men back on the earth from their bones’ DNA !

The sorry part would be,.. - Jenna will be back but not Gandhi !! ;)

Why only meat of the dead? Shouldn't you more worry about what you eat than what others should or should not eat?
