Typical Male worries (also assuming that most R2I families have a male head of household in terms of earning money):

A compromising, yet assertive when needed head of household can manage most if not all differences. ...
An interesting post about differences in how the two genders approach R2I. Not interested in R2I, but very in the differences between the two genders, the usage, not once, but twice, of "head of household" caught my eye, as of course, did the "male" prefix before one.
So, where do I start? :39:
1. Does the term "head of household" remain applicable in contemporary marriages?
2. Is one "head of household" needed to make the final decision or can a joint-leadership work?
3. If both husband and wife agree on the concept, does the "male head of household" in fact make for an easier existence?
4. If the woman is earning as much, if not more, than the man, is a "head of household" tag/title/position still needed?
