Introducing Premium Membership in r2iclub !

This will be paid membership. Purpose is charity.

ONLY 20 seats will be open for Premium Membership.

100% of the money will be donated to Charity services that Kiran is working on now.

Benefits:

- A title under your user id will read "Premium Member".
- No ads in any pages, except at the top of the page below header.
- more inbox space to store private messages
- no restriction on eligibility, you can be of any sex, any age and any join date, with any number of posts and thanks. Even Business and sponsors are eligible
- valid for 1 year

Fee : $36 for 1 year. It is only $3.00 per month.

Why should I take the Premium Membership ?

Charity is the greatest thing one can do. It is much better than helping some one you know.

When you help one of your friend or relative, you are expected to benefit from that act, may be at a later point of time. We do remember those who helped us in need and always try to do something to return the favor, don’t we ?

But when you do charity, you don’t even know the beneficiary. It is selfless act.
Helping those in need without expecting anything in return is a very noble act. You are spreading good vibes across this universe by that act. You are spreading the message of peace and harmony.

By donating to charity services rendered by Kiran, your money goes directly to the needy and poor people in India. When you donate through NGO, some of the money is used for their own expenses. Lot of charities in USA pass only 30% of the receipts to the end user.

[ Even though I have spoken to Kiran couple of times, I still did not have an opportunity to meet him, but we all know a good man by his deeds, don’t we ? ]

So, take the premium Membership and help the cause.[INDENT]PS: Ok, you may ask, why did I not bother to stress enough on the membership benefits I mentioned earlier? It is not a big deal, really. You know that.

No doubt it will give you a good experience of this forum without ads, your pages may load faster. You can browse quickly when you are traveling. But that is nothing compared to what you are doing for those poor people and those in need. These benefits offered are very little compared to your BIG HEART !

I have already created a group called Premium.
Click Settings ( at the top) >> Permission Groups and join. You can try it out. This will be disabled in about 1 week time.

Share your experiences with other members. Try to rope in your friends in this forum too to join you. Be the first one to get recognized that you are indeed special when it comes to help others.

OK. I like it ? How do I become a Premium Member ?

1) Post in this thread your willingness to participate
2) Make sure your email id is up to date in the forum database. [ If not send a PM to rrk and get it updated]
3) Kiran will be in touch with you and tell you how to pay the fees.
4) Once Kiran receive the money, he will send your userid to me. I will update your settings immediately.

Why limit to only 20 memberships? Wont the charity benefit with greater number?

1.Then it wont be premium. It has to be limited to very small number.

2. We need sponsors to meet our site expenses. If you will not see the ad, how will you support the sponsor.

R2I club has 35,000 plus registered members and I assume most of them are in the US. $36 is the cost of meal for two in an Olive gardens type restuarant..I think you should definitely go for more than 20 for the premium membership..like 500 or so.
