Black Friday 2011 deals discussion

So what have you guys got in mind for Black Friday?
Here's an excel spreadsheet for guys who haven't decided yet - http://ebuytips.com/blackfriday

I'm interested in the Sharp 42" LCD 1080p HDTV for $199 from BestBuy. But, do not have the energy or inclination to stand in a line for this. I might check it out on the internet.

Post some of your wishlist and if you did score something before that or on Black Friday, please share it.

I am in the lookout for a large screen (55-65") HDTV. Amazon is the best bet for me because I right away save close to 10% on tax. Let's see how the other brick & mortar companies come out with.

Same here. I have my eye on this super-thin-edge TV for a long time. Costco too have it... so whoever gives it for less ;)

If you find the same model in Fry's electronics in the Bay Area, they meet Amazon price.

I don't believe the 10% is savings. I have been filing CA sales taxes for all Amazon purchases for years.

That reminds me, I got my Kindle Fire. Not so great compared to iPad, not even close to iPad performance. Android is yuck! It is however OK if you are purchasing for your kid for $199.

Folks, before you buy any big items let us say,... TV, Washer, any particular Big item,...
paste it over here the price and the specific model item that you are buying,.. and I will chk it out, if the same item is available at a lower price somewhere else.
