Hello bandhus returning to India.
I have a question on legal will. If one owns a house in u.s, how does one take care of it in a will? Are there specific websites that do the will?

There was a legal web site where you fill out the form and notarize it and etc,.... on MSN forum we had couple of threads on this.
Ask RRK and he may guide you properly, about those old discussions.

Related to wills, if the guardian of a child is in India and the child in US, does India recognize wills registered in US or should I register the will in India too?
