Hi frnds,
I need your expert opinion about joining WIPRO tech in Pune location.
I am working in Infosys as FICO consultant and have recently received offer from Wipro for 13 Lakhs ( 85%Fixed).
I am not sure about whether to join or not as I find the offer as an interesting one but having read so much about negatives for WIPRO that I am really thinking again of my decision. Not to forget mentioning here a fact which I also believe is that experience in any company depends on your manager and work you get however what all I have read so far is mostly ?ve.
Can you please help me to make a decision. Do you really thing the offer is decent for 4.5 Yr of Exp?

But if you are interested in Pune, why Wipro? There are several better jobs and employers.

Hi All,

thanks for your suggestions... anybody has any clue about what is a normal payout of variable component in b3 band. HR is telling me to be assured of getting at least 90-95% but can anybody comment?

Wipro is paying generously nowadays due to high attrition, I just left the company couple of months back.
The midddle management (PMs,DMs) are totally crap, appraisal processes are heavily stacked on the manager's side and employees are not at all valued.

You might make more but the overall experience will be frustrating sooner/later.
