I am new to R2I. I have been reading a lot of the posts in R2I and they have been very helpful. We are moving to chennai in 2015. So naturally the first thing that we are worried about is the schools. Would love to hear from parents of kids in APL Global. I did look up information about the school and a couple of reviews that were a few years old. I have a few questions.
1. Is APL expensive than Gateway or Veals?
2. How about their infrastructure? Do they have enough room in their campus for sports, swimming etc.
3. Couldn't find a list of extra-curricular activities in the website.
4. I have read a lot of good things about the teachers than for any other school. Is that true?
The list of schools that we are considering are Gateway Sholinganallur and Veals, Injambakkam. I thought I will start with APL.

Did you finalize the schools?
I have some input for you.We went to APL school in person and liked it a lot. Better infrastructure, good atmosphere,lot of NRI kids, clean restrooms and I have a feeling that the teaching will be better too. Admin also had a good idea how to proceed with admission for NRI kids. But they didn't give us 100% guarantee for admission. We also visited Veals. Big campus and fees higher than APL. They have 2 syllabus option (ICSE & icgse ). When compared to APL it is still far away from Taramani. 100% admission guaranteed. But still we liked APL school the better. Was not able to visit Gateway. I think it should be similar to Veals.
