tax expert based in India / preferred Bangalore?

all - would appreciate any inputs for tax experts with knowledge of both US and India taxes for US citizens working, living and earning mostly in India but having dividend income etc.

Same question from my end as well. Looking for a CPA who can manage tax returns and help with real estate work (such as filing property taxes). Currently all US income but planning to rent flats so expect Indian income. Also help with moving money from selling Indian properties to US.

US based or Indian based, but prefer Indian based, as US side is pretty straightforward. The India part is where I need help.
