It is a plot to get him! Hillary had Russians hack the teleprompter and misspell the word. So, when he read it first time, he read it as spelled on the teleprompter. Instinct took over and he tried to repeat it, but by that time, the Russians got to mess with his brain!

See, he can be easily influenced by the Russians! He must be impeached!!
