Travel Insurance for my dad - heart patient [has one stent] - seeking advise

Hello Gurus,

My Dad will visit me in Europe Shortly, and frantically looking for a company that can give a travel insurance, I spoke to ICICI Lombard and Bajaj Allianz they have refused saying he has a stent in the heart.

Any advise for me please?

Example: Is there any gocompare websites who do it all online?

Any other help appreciated!
