School admission form pickup dates

Hello all,
We are planning to make a trip to Pune in Nov/Dec 2011. We have heard that this is the best time to get admission forms and also admissions into schools for June 2012.

Would anyone happen to know when forms are available in the schools their children go to.

Also, and earnest request to parents if they could oblige and pick up admission forms when available. I can PM, India address to be mailed to or can collect in person when we are there.

Would be a nice way to make new friends! :emtea:
