There are many good apartments in Hyderabad within your budget. Is there any particular location or requirements where your planning to buy so that I can suggest you with all the project details?

vasu123;618179What are the best demanded areas without having water problem in hyderabad. Looking for 2 or 3 bedroom apartments, busget is 50L. please let me know.

vasu123,

Compare Rent Vs Buy. At these inflated rates future growth in apartment value might not be much. Evaluate rent vs buy and decide accordingly.

Unfortunately almost all the areas in Hyderabad are having some level of water problem. Try to find a place with Manjeera water.

Also find a community where everything is built and ready to occupy including all the common amenities. You might pay a little higher but will have a peace of mind. You can also see, touch and feel what you are buying. Don't go with builder promises. Also buy a place where you plan to work. Every KM distance adds to the unpleasant commute in Hyderabad.

is there a reason you are looking around that area? are your parents going to live there, if so i would say go ahead. But if you plan to rent it out, its better to look at places near to gachibowli and hitech city. With a buffer of 5-10 lakhs to your budget you will get a nice apartment around that area which would be very helpful when you go back to India. Most of the companies are located in hitech city and gachi bowli area and you will save a lot of time in commute if you live near by. I used to travel to hitech city from nagole and it used to take close to an hour using a two wheeler and one and half hour by a car. Now a days its even longer 2:30 hrs in a peak traffic time, so plan accordingly. Also Nagole area has water problems and you are near to the famous moosi river i would stay away from the area.
