OCI not yet received

Hi,

I have two OCIs in process - one stuck in "Your OCI card has been printed and would reach the Embassy / Consulate shortly." since 5/21/2016 and other in "Application is under process at the Embassy / Consulate for further scrutinization" since 5/16. We were planning to R2I by mid July but at this pace, unlikely to get OCI. What options do I have here other than delaying the travel?

At least got match up notice for one. But at this speed, I think it's unlikely to get other's.
