Renting out a row house in Thane/Mumbai

I would like to rent out my brand new row house in a Thane housing society to a decent family. Any idea how I can do that from here in the US?

Better to do through a local family member with your PoA.
Or you can sign the rental agreement from here, if managed by a local property manager.

The operative word being local, unless you travel frequently and know the lay of the land pretty well.
